PAYMENTS POLICY
- 25% on making reservation
- A further 25% is due 30 days prior to booking
- Remaining balance is due 14 days prior to booking
REFUND POLICY
- Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of reservation
- Full refund up to 30 days of booking
- 50% refund between 30 down to 14 days of booking
- 25% refund between 14 down to 7 days of booking
- No refund if cancelled less than 7 days of booking
PAYMENTS POLICY
- 1 Night rental fee to secure booking
- Remaining balance due 14 days prior to booking
- 1 Night Security deposit is required prior to check in
kindly note this is returned on the check out on the basis there is no damage into the property
